At Assure Clinic, we’re building a doctor-led, ethics-first hair restoration network, focused on long-term outcomes, patient safety, and clinical accountability. - Founded Assure Clinic to address widespread malpractice in hair transplants, where non-medical staff perform surgical procedures under loose supervision. - Built a system where MD dermatologists perform the entire procedure end-to-end, from evaluation to implantation. - Scaled from a single centre to 15+ clinics across India and Dubai, supported by 60+ trained dermatologists. - Performed 20,000+ hair transplants and corrective procedures, including complex revisions of failed transplants done elsewhere. - Introduced structured safety protocols: preanesthetic clearance, multi-day session planning, and emergency tie-ups at every centre. - Designed an in-house doctor training pipeline in an industry with no formal institutions — ensuring consistency, quality, and ethical practice. - Navigated COVID by creating a traveling surgical team to retain trained doctors and maintain care continuity. - Expanded internationally with a DHA-licensed Dubai centre and plans across GCC markets.
