Construction Project Manager
Minneapolis, MN, USA
I’m a Project Manager with 4+ years of experience working across technology, marketing, construction, and education projects, primarily in regulated, client-facing environments. My career has been shaped by international experience and migration. I began my professional journey in Ukraine, later lived and worked in Denmark, and then continued my career in the United States. I’m currently planning my next relocation back to Europe, while continuing to grow in the same professional direction. Despite changes in countries and industries, the core of my work has remained consistent: managing complex projects, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring structured, reliable delivery in environments where clarity, compliance, and communication matter. I’ve worked as a Project Manager and Project Coordinator in IT, marketing, construction, and educational initiatives - from fast-paced digital teams to heavily regulated construction and corporate environments. Over the years, I’ve also collaborated with and worked within three large corporations, gaining first-hand experience of governance, reporting structures, and cross-functional decision-making at scale. My writing focuses on real-world project delivery: how frameworks work (or don’t) outside textbooks, how to manage stakeholders across cultures and time zones, and how project management principles translate across industries without losing effectiveness. I enjoy contributing practical insights on modern project management, operations, remote work, regulated environments, and career development, especially from the perspective of someone who has built and maintained a consistent career path while navigating international relocation and changing markets.
