Elite Offshore Pvt Ltd – Offshore Safety and Skills Training Elite Offshore Pvt Ltd is a professional training institute focused on safety and skill development for the offshore oil, gas, and industrial sectors. Conceptualised in 2013 and established in 2015, the institute has grown into a trusted training provider for individuals and organizations looking to strengthen their offshore workforce. The institute is approved by RINA as a training centre and is ISO 9000 certified. Its RigPass course, delivered through the Ecademy e-learning platform, is accredited by the International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC). Courses such as Barge Master, Offshore Installation Manager (OIM), Ballast Control Officer (BCO), and Maintenance Supervisor are conducted in line with IMO Resolution A.1079(28) and are approved by the Government of Liberia. Other training programs follow guidelines set by OPITO to maintain global industry standards. Elite Offshore offers several practical training programs including Offshore Crane Operator Training, Aerial and Scissor Lift Operator Training, Authorised Gas Tester Training, Construction Equipment Maintenance and Safety Training, Rigger, Slinger and Banksman Training, and Management of Major Emergencies. To support flexible learning, Elite Offshore also runs Ecademy, an online platform where professionals can access courses such as RigPass, IMDG Code Awareness, Authorised Gas Tester training, and Basic First Aid. The training facility is located at Village Vindhane, about 25 minutes from CBD Belapur in Navi Mumbai.
