We're writing a foundational, top-of-funnel article for readers who are just beginning to notice hair thinning and want to understand what's happening — and why. The piece is designed to educate and empower, not alarm. We're covering the most common causes of hair thinning backed by clinical evidence and want to ground the content in real expert perspective. We're seeking board-certified dermatologists or trichologists who can speak to: - The most common causes of hair thinning they see in clinical practice (e.g., androgenetic alopecia, telogen effluvium, nutritional deficiencies, hormonal changes) - How to help a patient distinguish between normal shedding (50–100 hairs/day) and clinically meaningful thinning - The role of the hair growth cycle in thinning — specifically what happens when the anagen phase shortens - Which causes of thinning are most commonly overlooked or misattributed - When to recommend a patient see a specialist versus taking a proactive, at-home approach first - The importance of early intervention in preserving density over time Tone note: We're not looking for fear-based framing. We want to help readers feel informed and in control of their hair journey. Format: Written email responses; 3–5 sentences per question (you can pick to answer just one or two). Follow-up may be requested.

I'm writing an editorial piece on stress-related hair loss for Vegamour's blog — a hair wellness® brand with a medically informed editorial standard. I'm looking for a board-certified dermatologist or licensed trichologist to provide one or two quotes on the following: 1) What do you typically see in patients presenting with stress-related hair loss, and how do you differentiate telogen effluvium from other causes in a clinical setting? 2) What's the most important thing patients get wrong about the stress-hair loss relationship — and what do you wish they understood sooner? Please include your name, credentials, practice name and location. Responses may be lightly edited for length and style. Quotes will be attributed in full.

Seeking a quote from a board-certified dermatologist or OB-GYN for an educational article on postpartum hair loss published on Vegamour.com. Specifically, we're looking for 2–3 sentences addressing: why estrogen levels drop so sharply after delivery and how that hormonal shift triggers the telogen effluvium shedding phase. Bonus if you can speak to why some women experience more dramatic shedding than others. Please include your full name, credentials, title and institution or practice for attribution.

Seeking a quote from a board-certified dermatologist or trichologist for an educational hub article on postpartum hair loss published on Vegamour.com. Specifically, we're looking for 2–3 sentences on: when postpartum shedding typically begins, when it peaks and what the recovery arc looks like for most women. We'd particularly value clinical perspective on why the 3–6 month window tends to be the most intense. Please include your full name, credentials, title and institution or practice for attribution.
