With over a decade of experience supporting founders and small business owners, my work focuses on helping businesses move away from reactive, founder-dependent operations and toward systems that support long-term growth. Many entrepreneurs are excellent at what they do, but behind the scenes their business can feel messy, overwhelming, or harder to run than it should be. I help entrepreneurs streamline workflows, strengthen leadership, build effective teams, and implement operational systems that allow their businesses to grow without everything falling back on their shoulders. Through LouisaMarie Consulting, I also work directly with founders through strategic consulting and business intensives designed to help them move from constant firefighting to more intentional leadership and sustainable growth. Originally from Brooklyn, New York and now based in British Columbia, Canada, I bring a straightforward, practical perspective to conversations about entrepreneurship, leadership, boundaries, and building businesses that support both growth and well-being.
