Ekfrazo Technologies works with large, complex organizations on the technology that runs their day-to-day operations. That covers a lot of ground: artificial intelligence and machine learning, ServiceNow and IT workflow automation, Salesforce platforms, cloud infrastructure, and e-commerce systems built on Magento and Drupal. We started this company because we kept seeing the same pattern inside enterprise IT departments. Organizations were spending real money on new platforms and tools, but the systems still weren't talking to each other properly. A new AI model would get built but never make it past a small test. A CRM would get rolled out but never get properly connected to the support systems it was meant to work with. The tools were fine. The way they were put together wasn't. That's the gap we work in. Our team spends most of its time on the parts of a project that don't show up in a sales pitch: how systems are architected, how data moves between platforms, how permissions and governance get set up, and how everything holds up once real users and real transactions start hitting it. We've done this kind of work for banks, telecom providers, and other organizations where downtime or a broken workflow has real consequences. Our work spans a few core areas: AI and machine learning engineering, ServiceNow and workflow automation, Salesforce implementation, Magento and Drupal development, cloud migration and infrastructure, and cybersecurity. We try to build these so they support each other, since most problems show up at the point where two systems are supposed to connect and don't. We don't measure a project by how impressive the technology sounds. We measure it by whether the people using it every day- an IT team, a support agent, a customer- actually notice things working better. That's the bar we hold ourselves to on every project.
