I'm Rodion, co-founder and CTO of Brocoders, a custom software studio specializing in AI-powered field operations solutions. Over 10 years of building SaaS products across industries - from healthcare and logistics to retail and construction - I noticed a consistent gap: field operations teams are chronically underserved by off-the-shelf software that can't adapt to how their work actually runs on the ground. That insight led me to focus exclusively on custom field operation management solutions. Today I'm building an AI engine made of configurable modules - so instead of building every solution from scratch, we assemble and customize the right building blocks around each business's specific workflows, dramatically cutting delivery time without sacrificing fit.
