Crush Wine Experiences is hosting its 14th annual NYC Winter Wine & Food Festival®, on March 7, 2026 in midtown Manhattan. The long-running, popular legacy event runs in 2 sessions (1-4pm & 5-8pm) and will be attended by an upscale audience of 600-700+, ranging in ages 21-54+ -- all who enjoy the events sommelier-curated wines, plus craft spirits. artisanal foods, and lifestyle products from New York and beyond. We are currently seeking 3-5 Food (packaged) and/or relevant Lifestyle products for a limited number of VIP Suite swag tote bags. The VIP Suite will host approx. 60-75 guests total over 2 sessions on the 7th. Samples will need to be shipped to our receiving warehouse to arrive no later than February 13th. Full, sample, snack, and travel sized items will be considered. Product sponsor benefits: Logo placement with link on event website, promotional insert (flyers, postcards or coupons inserted in bag along with your product.), special thanks with logo & your URL on VIP wine list, press release mention, and in the digital program accessible to all guests. No CBD or smoking-related products, please. Note: A water sponsor is also sought for bottle insertion in all event gift totes (600+). We reserve the right to accept or deny product submission requests.
