I'm a senior writer with 15+ years of experience across journalism, technical writing, and content development. I started my career as a business journalist, covering finance, science, energy, and technology for global audiences. Over more than a decade, I built deep skills in research, storytelling, and making complex topics accessible and engaging. In 2022, I transitioned into technical writing and content development, bringing that same focus on clarity and structure to cloud computing and SaaS documentation. At AWS, I worked closely with engineering, product, and support teams to create self-service resources that help customers solve problems independently and navigate complex systems with confidence. Now at F5, I work with engineers and cybersecurity experts to publish sensitive and timely security advisories, knowledge base articles, and other relevant content for customers.
