I'm a writer, editor and team leader. I work with clients to find the stories that define their brands, and then help translate those stories into messages and engaging moments. I'm lucky enough to play in a lot of different sandboxes, from brand identity and rebranding to campaigns, collateral, content strategy and more. I also conduct message and storytelling workshops. Additional responsibilities include consuming massive amounts of black coffee and poring over all the stylebooks. With 25 years of experience as an experience creator, copywriter and journalist, I've worked with disciplines from punk rock to parking lots and architecture to zoology (ok, veterinary medicine). This has given me a vocabulary to communicate with a wide audience, and taught me the importance of understanding and respecting the perspectives of a diverse readership.
