Claim your profileI have been an editor at The Washington Post since 1993, and served as Assistant Managing Editor for the the News Desk during 9/11, the Clinton Impeachment, the 2000 election, Katrina, DC Sniper Attacks, Iraq, Obama and a lot more. From 2009 into 2023 I was news Projects Editor, working on projects including a newspaper and web site redesign, the launch of new print sections, the launch of a Weekly edition, and roll-out of a content management system. Currently I am Print Strategy Editor, concentrating on giving impact to our best journalism and helping solve interdepartmental challenges. I work with the best journalists in the business every day and truly enjoy helping move our newsroom forward. Prior to coming to TWP, I worked at The Palm Beach Post, where I started as a copy editor in 1982 and left as News Editor in 1991.
