With a radio career spanning twenty years, I have produced content and programmes for RAI TV, Radio RAI, TalkRADIO, LBC, ETV, talkTV and BBC 1Xtra. Over the past few years, I have also been working on thought leadership and internal communications podcasts for some of the world’s largest organisations.A natural networker and storyteller, I’m driven by content that engages, informs and educates, and, most of all, that sparks an intelligent debate and broadens horizons. I am a trained journalist and broadcast reporter/ presenter with extensive experience in front of cameras and microphones; however, behind the glass is where I perform best, creating programmes and formats from scratch, developing and delivering new features while finding the most fascinating guests and supporting and nurturing on air talent. I have exec produced numerous radio programmes, worked with an extensive list of on air talent, as well as tackled a wide range of topics, from politics and current affairs to personal stories and case studies. I also love teaching, coaching talent and young people, which is why I have project managed a two-year mentoring programme for boys in Brent, taught radio skills at GCSE level and to NEET young people. I've mentored 100s of young people and I'm always up for helping passionate individuals get into the industry.A stickler for spelling, I have also edited and translated several books. I used to have my own column in an Italian magazine, but that's a story for another time...
