I’m an award-winning journalist with four Colorado Press Association awards and more than six years of reporting across Colorado’s Roaring Fork Valley. As the founder of the Valley’s youth journalism program, I’ve mentored the next generation of reporters, guiding them in ethical, impactful storytelling. I’m a community storyteller committed to amplifying voices that are too often overlooked, whether through in-depth features, profiles, or coverage of local issues. My work in mission-driven communications for nonprofits has strengthened my skills in clear, values-aligned messaging, stakeholder engagement, and building trust with diverse audiences. From local government coverage to human-interest stories, my approach blends curiosity, compassion, and accuracy — always intending to create connections and spark dialogue.
