FREE Gift Bag Opportunity | Gifting event taking place during the industry's biggest weekend March 14 (Burbank, CA) Please note: This is not an official Oscars® gifting event and is not affiliated with the Academy or the Oscars®. This event is one of many independent, industry-hosted gifting events that take place throughout Oscars Week. The event is also a formalwear drive. We are asking attendees to bring new and lightly used formal wear to donate to underserved youth in Los Angeles for their proms. The dresses and suits will be donated to A Place Called Home's annual prom event, providing an opportunity for teens to choose attire for their proms. About the Event The private, invite only gifting event will be held Saturday, March 14th, from 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM at Everything Creative Studios in Burbank, California. Attendance will include a curated mix of Oscar nominees, actors, musicians, creators, and entertainment industry professionals, all invited to celebrate the film industry ahead of the industry's biggest night. FREE Gift Bag Participation (No Cost) We are offering complimentary placement in our gift bags, which will be distributed to all attendees of the gifting suite. There is no fee to participate at the gift bag level. Brands selected are asked to provide 125–130 units of one product or a variety of products. We are seeking items such as accessories, clothing, shoes, beauty, skincare, gourmet food, jewelry, electronics. handbags, beverages and new and unique products for the gift bags. This is a completely FREE gift bag opportunity. Exposure & Brand Value Your product will be placed directly into the hands of influential tastemakers within the entertainment industry. Collectively, attendees represent an estimated 50+ million in total reach across social platforms, media, and press. Social posting is organic, based solely on which products guests genuinely love and choose to share. Optional guaranteed posting opportunities are available but are not required to participate.
