Over the past decade at Newsweek, I’ve worked to place multimedia — and the people behind it — at the center of storytelling, strategy, and growth. Video brings people together, telling stories that resonate and endure. I lead a global team of 20+ creatives, producers, editors, and visual strategists — and have helped shape it into a high-performing, cross-functional department spanning video, photo, graphics, and design that works across multiple departments. We embrace AI not to replace creativity, but to help us work smarter and tell better stories. I care deeply about how teams function — not just what they produce, but how they get there. Clean workflows, good communication and clear roles all help to build trust, making space for creativity to thrive. I build structures that support people, solve problems and encourage bold ideas.
