About

I have over a decade of HR and operations experience at a publicly traded company, exercising my skills in everything from payroll and benefits to learning and development, on-boarding and terminations, company-sponsored events, wellness, volunteer, and philanthropy opportunities. I have also worked on DEI, ESG, audit, tax, and compliance initiatives. Through my SHRM certification for HR, I serve my desire for continued learning to further enhance my subject knowledge with experience in the creation of policies, conflict resolution, and creative ways to boost employee engagement and well-being. On the operations side, I have managed all personnel and facilities management and maintenance, including but not restricted to HVAC, security, and multiple complete floor build outs in our midtown Manhattan space. Additionally, I advise undergraduates and teach material and digital culture courses at my alma mater, New York University's Gallatin School of Individualized Study, which I graduated from with a Bachelor of Arts degree. I also hold a Master of Arts degree from Columbia University's Graduate School of Arts and Sciences. Previous work experience includes additional faculty roles, as well as numerous positions in fashion and beauty journalism, editing and copywriting, merchandising, marketing and design. My goal is to continually and consistently pursue the development of new and creative solutions to help companies better engage with their stakeholders and the greater community as a whole. I'm passionate about education, employee relationships and retention, and generally utilizing my vast work experience and curiosity to empathize with and aid others.
