I am a journalist with almost three decades of experience reporting on companies, government, economies and financial markets across Europe and Asia. I’m currently the global managing editor for our Breaking News Tools/Earnings Hub, a newly created team dedicated to our most advanced tools used for real-time coverage, including earnings. Before that I helped build a morning product for Bloomberg called Daybreak, first in Asia, then running the global product from Europe. As the Southeast Asia managing editor for Bloomberg News, based in Singapore, I oversaw a team of about 100 reporters and editors, as well as about 20 stringers, based in Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Thailand, Singapore and Vietnam. I was also a member of the Singapore Management Committee that oversees interdepartmental and external relationships for our more than 600 employees. I'm passionate about two things: delivering the fastest and most insightful news to our global readers and helping talented people grow.
