I’m planning an article for my Forbes column on how CBD gummy companies are handling product, marketing and consumer-trust decisions ahead of the federal hemp definition change scheduled to take effect November 12, 2026 and whether the newly introduced Lawful Hemp Protection Act has altered those plans.
