I am experienced in all stages of program assessment, development, management, and evaluation, including research, business process improvement, strategic planning, policy writing, budgeting, marketing, fundraising and grant writing, partnership development, and internal and external communications. I have strong emotional intelligence that has been further cultivated through 10+ years of experience as a Restorative Justice practitioner. I often apply this skill to unite teams around a shared vision to ensure all activities remain grounded in the mission and values of an organization and to address conflict as an opportunity for growth. Using my training as a social worker, I approach problems from a strengths-based perspective with a nuanced understanding of individuals, systems, and communities to facilitate and deliver outcomes that meet strategic goals and the needs of diverse constituents.
