For nearly a quarter of a century I've worked in a variety of roles at Comcast SportsNet/NBC Sports Philadelphia. I started as an intern, then a production assistant before becoming a show producer. From there I moved into management roles which now includes my current position as Senior Supervising Producer. My biggest strengths are my abilities to work as a team player and respect my staff by listening to their ideas and having a family first mentality, especially now that we must deal with COVID-19. Problem solving is key to managing employees on both professional and personal levels.
