I have 20+ years of experience in the law practice industry, specializing in CRM and marketing technology. My core competencies include InterAction, the premier CRM solution for the legal sector, database management, knowledge management, and marketing communications. I support the firm's business development and client relations by managing and updating the CRM system, generating reports on marketing activity and proposal success rates, managing marketing mailing lists and email campaigns, and posting content on the firm's website and social media. I work closely with the attorneys, secretaries, and the IT department to ensure the accuracy and quality of the data and the communications. I also cover events, client alerts, and announcements related to the firm's practice areas and industry trends. My mission is to enhance the firm's reputation and visibility, and to facilitate the creation and retention of meaningful and lasting relationships with the firm's clients and contacts.
