Claim your profileEmployers want experts to decide in favour of their company - and stay. Artificial intelligence makes life easier in the workplace - if you use it in a targeted way. For over 10 years, I have been realising specialist career projects with tech companies, energy suppliers, in retail and other industries; I am the leading expert for specialist careers in the DACH region and Northern Europe. I also wrote the standard work "Successfully introducing specialist careers" (2021 in German). The second growing field of work is the use of AI technology, supplemented by IT expertise. Software specialist and business partner Malte Gerth is also responsible for the latter. For many years, I was a board member of the FZI Research Centre for Information Technology, Friend's Association; intensive research into AI is carried out at the FZI, for example in the field of robotics.
