I run Datafolka.no — a Norwegian reseller for IT hardware and SaaS aimed at small B2B teams. I pick the gear, sign the deal, write the docs, take the support call. No layer between me and the customer. Before that I shipped a handful of small tools solo: time tracking app, mondotickets.com (event ticketing), qr-url-til-alle (URL shortener with QR). Each one started because I got tired of paying for a feature I didn't use. I write about what actually breaks when you ship and run software alone. Most "best practices" you read online assume a team of ten. I don't have one.
