I am a multi-platform writer, editor, storyteller, and project manager striving to amplify the voices of those whose stories might otherwise go unheard, with a special interest in the cultures of the Caucasus, Central Asia, and the post-Soviet world. I continue to foster a deep love for culture through experience & observation. I am a collaborative, communicative worker, teacher, and individual dedicated to advocating for others and meticulous in project planning and implementation. Previously, I worked towards this end by focusing on boosting responsible, sustainable tourism in Armenia with ONEArmenia, driving revenue towards rural areas, creating jobs for locals, telling their stories, and sharing the country's culture with visitors. Now, I do so by implementing projects in Europe & Eurasia with Freedom House, specifically working to foster democratic change while combating media disinformation in Armenia and protecting fundamental freedoms in Turkey.I have experience working in several different country contexts, and I speak 4 languages – English, Russian, Spanish, and Armenian.
