Helped transform an internal, nonprofit analytical department into a successful CRO for profit business. Outsource deal was highly beneficial to both Intertek and Air Products * Business manager – As GM of Intertek Allentown, led the business through growth and success. Increased invoiced revenue by 2.5x, grew customers by 50% and delighted customers with an NPS consistently > 70 * People leader – grew a positive community that was flexible, adaptable, dependable and innovative. Developed internal talent to grow the business. Enabled a median turnaround time for custom work < 10 business days * Scientist – excelled at polymer matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization (MALDI) mass spectrometry.
