Sean Wittig is a former Big Four Partner with 22 years of experience advising technology, media, and professional services companies through complex transformation. He stepped away from the partnership at the end of 2025 to build an independent platform as a writer, speaker, and advisor focused on leadership, career reinvention, and the human side of AI. At his prior firm, Sean led some of the firm's most complex engagements for Fortune 500 and global technology clients — including multi-billion dollar M&A transactions, post-merger integrations, operating model redesigns, and large-scale finance and technology transformations. He advised boards, CEOs, CFOs, and audit committees through acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, and public offerings. His work spanned multiple continents. Sean spent significant time on the ground in Asia — including an extended engagement in Japan, where he worked through the 2011 earthquake and its aftermath without missing a deliverable — and led cross-border projects across Europe, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific. He has firsthand experience navigating the operational, cultural, and regulatory complexity of global deals and multinational clients. In his later years at the firm, Sean focused on how AI is reshaping professional services and the future of work. He now serves on the Innovation Advisory Board for the AI Hot 100 Summit and writes the Bridging the Void newsletter on Substack. Sean is available to comment on: * Executive leadership and decision-making under pressure * AI adoption in the enterprise and what leaders get wrong * The future of professional services in an AI-driven economy * Career reinvention at mid- and late-career * Burnout and resilience in high-performance environments * Leading distributed and international teams * Post-merger integration, M&A, and complex organizational change * Walking away from a traditional career path — and what comes next * He is based in the New York metro area and is available for interviews, quoted commentary, podcasts, and written contributions on short notice.
