He most recently served as the host of Boston Globe Today, a multi-platform news, sports, and entertainment program that aired five days a week on NESN, and was also available on Globe.com and the NESN 360 app.Previously, Segun was a correspondent for PEOPLE (The TV Show!), covering Hollywood’s biggest stories, celebrity news, human interest features, and true crime cases. The nationally syndicated show launched in over 10 major cities and reached audiences across multiple streaming platforms.Before joining PEOPLE, Segun hosted The List, a nationally syndicated program where he also wrote and produced several segments. In 2021, he executive produced Protect or Neglect, a compelling documentary on police brutality in underserved communities in partnership with Bounce TV. He also co-hosted See It/Skip It, a weekly Facebook Watch series produced by Rotten Tomatoes.A respected voice in media, Segun has contributed both nationally and internationally to CNN, BBC, Deutsche Welle, and Australia's Nine Network among other major outlets. Raised in Chantilly, Virginia, he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Houston.
