This holiday season, LaLa and I are putting together 30 gift bags for children spending the holidays in the pediatric unit at Garnet Health Medical Center in Middletown, NY. This is especially close to our hearts because we both spent much of our childhoods in and out of hospitals. We know firsthand how much a small gift can mean to a child who just wants to be home for the holidays. We’re looking for brands interested in donating toys, games, books, blankets, beauty items, activities, snacks, drinks or other fun/comforting products for the bags. Participating brands will be recognized on our podcast, website, and social media. If you’re a brand or PR rep who would like to help us bring some holiday joy to these kids, please reach out! We will be delivering to the hospital on December 22nd.

Life Beyond The Mic with Shawna & LaLa is currently working on an upcoming Baby Must Haves segment as co-host LaLa prepares to welcome her baby boy! We’re looking to connect with brands offering products for pregnancy, postpartum, newborns, feeding, nursery and sleep, strollers and car seats, baby gear, travel, diapering, bath and skincare, clothing, toys, monitors and safety, and other unique baby and new mom must haves. Selected products will be used by LaLa, featured and reviewed on camera, and shared across our podcast and social media platforms.
