With over 20 years of experience in media and journalism, I bring a unique perspective and skill set to the rapidly evolving digital advertising industry. I combine creativity, business acumen, and audience engagement to create products and stories that drive growth, brand awareness, and thought leadership. I have a proven track record of transforming media organizations and nurturing talent. As the former editor in chief and member of the Office of the CEO at Adweek, I spearheaded the omnichannel digital transformation of the legacy magazine, winning multiple awards and accolades. I am passionate about empowering and mentoring female founders and corporate marketing executives, and I have been a speaker and coach at various events and platforms, such as SXSW, Cannes Lions, Vimeo, and Female Founder Collective. I hold an MFA in Creative Writing from The New School and a bachelor's degree in Journalism from Arizona State University. I am also a published author and poet, with works featured in The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Glamour, and other publications.
