Claim your profileAfter almost 6 years of writing & curating the blog ranked 4th in the country by PI Now & freelancing for national & trade pubs, I launched my own publication, Immunocompromised Times in April 2022 In addition to spending over half a decade covering the private detective industry I’ve covered science, aerospace, technology, arts and culture with feature stories and bylines in The Daily Beast, SpaceDOTcom, The Denver Post, The Poynter Institute, Colorado Public Radio, Westword, Colorado Biz Magazine, Earth911, Scientific American, Nature.com, Search Engine Journal, AppGrooves and AARP.org.Prior to working in print and digital journalism I was a performing arts professional. Two of my plays had full productions at HERE Arts Center, an off-off Broadway theater in New York. My plays and librettos have been been also performed at Tenri Cultural Institute, Galapagos Art Space, and the Jean Cocteau Repertory Theater. Poetry credits include Le Petit Zine, The Atticus Review and an honorable mention in New Millennium Writings' 2014 poetry competition. I continue to act and write through annual 48 hour film projects and maintain a small handmade planetary science accessory shop on Etsy. With a Master of Fine Arts in playwriting from Brooklyn College, C.U.N.Y.; a post-graduate screenwriting certificate through Boston University’s BU in LA program; and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from Hampshire College, I like to think of everything I do as some form of storytelling.
