After graduating from Bemidji State University in 2021 with a B.S. in Mass Communication, I worked my way up from intern to reporter to content experience manager at Forum Communications' Echo Press newspaper in Alexandria. During my time with the paper I earned several awards for my writing and media work while producing a bi-weekly podcast, the Echo Press Minute.
