I enjoy mastering software programs, training staff, and creating well-designed documentation that enhances the users' learning experience. I like the challenge of training a variety of users who have diverse experiences with technology. My years of newspaper experience have contributed to my love of technology, design and writing.Experience: As systems editor, I configure and maintain content-management systems, including writing XML/HTML and CSS code; coordinate program updates; develop training materials; train system users; troubleshoot users' computer problems; work with programmers; and act as a liaison with the IT department. I have trained newsroom employees on multiple content-management systems, pagination and software programs. I also have worked as a page designer, reporter and editor.
