I am an accomplished journalist with 25 years’ experience working for newspapers and websites, including staff jobs at The Guardian and The Telegraph. Producing high-quality journalism that has helped to shape the national and international news agenda, I bring pages to life through imaginative use of layout, headlines and pictures. Familiar with Adobe InDesign and InCopy and quick to learn digital publishing platforms, I am as comfortable optimising content for online publication as writing print furniture that fits like a glove. A clear communicator who has often managed teams, I am well placed to take on senior roles such as production editor or chief sub-editor. While the majority of my career has been spent editing and sub-editing, I have also written on topics including cricket and the media.
