Building on 10 years of federal government service and over 20 years of private law practice in mergers and acquisitions, Yan Ross now provides strategic advice, risk identification, and management services for enterprises of all sizes. His internationally-recognized educational work in identity theft risk management has led to expansion of his activities into privacy issues and such cyber-related topics as cyber security, intelligence, liability and insurance. In 2018, Yan's relationship with Cyber Defense Magazine led to an assignment to edit the international best-selling book by Gary Miliefsky, Cryptoconomy: Bitcoins, Blockchains, and Bad Guys. As Director of Special Projects for the Institute of Consumer Financial Education [ www.icfe.info ], Mr. Ross offers educational workshops and software-based solutions for prevention and risk management against identity theft. As Senior Adviser to the CEO of Keeping Us Safe, LLC, Yan collaborates on the "Beyond Driving with Dignity" workbook for families of older drivers and the certification program for professionals to work with families on issues involving senior drivers. Yan is also certified as a Beyond Driving with Dignity (BDD) Professional, and provides consultations to families of older drivers in Arizona and surrounding states.
