Aaina is an experienced arts and culture journalist based in Hong Kong, and contributes to a range of publications including Art Review, The Art Newspaper, Dazed Middle East, Art Forum, Frieze Magazine, South China Morning Post, PostMag and Artnet. She was the former Arts & Culture Editor for Tatler Asia, leading the publication's visual art and cultural coverage in Hong Kong and the region. She has been instrumental in shaping the vertical by identifying topical issues and charting growing trends in Asia and around the world across various creative disciplines from visual arts, to music, design, fashion, and other cultural fields. After working for a range of art institutions in Asia and the UK, Aaina combined her passion and expertise in the form of art writing. In addition to her in-depth features and artist profiles, Aaina is best known for moderating stimulating panel discussions, and seeks to create meaningful editorial content, covering cultural developments through a relevant global perspective. She is one of the judges for the Paul Smith Art Foundation Art Prize and Goethe Institute's Colours of Humanity Art Prize.
