I am often asked what do I do for a living. I say that I have two passions and 2 sources of income. One of my passions is to discover and drink good stuff. That has lead me to become the "Alcohol Professor" and share my knowledge of what to drink with friends and family. Founding the New York International Beer, Wine and Spirits Competitions was a natural outgrowth of this passion as consumers want to know what is the best at a certain price. I grew very frustrated of other competitions out there where over 85% of those who submit win a medal. I call that Third Grade Soccer or your "Check cleared". I wanted to create the most respected beer, wine and spirits competitions in the world. I also showcase our winners at private and consumer tasting events through my company All Spirits Events. The success of the Alcohol Professor has allowed me to also share my passion for cheese and launch the Cheese Professor site. It follows the same format of the Alcohol Professor to be a Prosumer site for the cheese freak and the trade. Around 7 years ago I expanded globally and created the Berlin International Beer, Wine & Spirits Competition and the Melbourne International Beer, Wine & Spirits Competition. Excited to be going into our 4th year at the Asia International Beer, Wine and Spirits Competition being held in Hong Kong. This is all under the www.internationalbeveragecompetitions.com group. My second passion is technology as I am a 25+ year veteran in the industry. Our focus is Internet Security and I am fortunate to work with a wonderful group of very smart people who will do whatever it takes to create secure and resilient networks. Our clients are loyal to us as we are to them. We like to say that we are the people you call when you have a problem. So make your life easier and call us before you have a problem.
