Claim your profileI got my start in journalism in a small Minnesota town then moved to a weekly paper in the suburbs where I covered just about everything that moved. I spent a year in Las Vegas reporting on the pandemic and protests following George Floyd's death until I decided to take a job back in Minnesota at the Star Tribune. At Minnesota's largest newspaper, I've covered the night cops beat, homes and gardens and occasionally write variety pieces exploring modern dating, marijuana and the bounds of artificial intelligence.
