A digital journalist for BBC News in the West Midlands and previously a radio journalist with a total of more than 15 years experience with the BBC. Excellent communication skills with great attention to detail, I am a strong team player with a friendly, professional attitude. Experienced in writing and editing online copy and assigning work, I also extensively use social media to find contributors and audience for stories. I am used to working to deadlines under pressure while maintaining high standards. I have outstanding planning, researching and organisational skills and am a hard worker with high standards. Away from work I like to spend time woodworking, cooking and home renovating.
