Claim your profileI am currently a senior at the University of Florida majoring in Telecommunications with a focus in News. I will be completing my undergraduate studies at UF in May of 2019, after which I am looking to immediately enter my field. I am hoping to enter the broadcast journalism field as a reporter/anchor or producer, and I have an interest in traveling for work. I am currently looking for various internship and job opportunities relating to my major. Experience My academic profile revolves around my studies as a Telecommunication major and Innovation minor at the University of Florida. Currently, I work at WUFT News as a multimedia journalist. Outside of these experiences, I am also a reporter for Gainesville’s NPR affiliate WUFT-FM and an editor for WUFT's First at Five Newscast. I have taken my time in these fast-paced positions to learn newsroom-applicable skills such as Adobe Premiere, Adobe Audition, Avid iNews, and Newsroom KLZ, however I am eager to learn other facets of the media industry.
