Claim your profileThe first thing anyone should know about me is — I discovered the world through books. Growing up, I would touch the pages of picture books. As I got older, I fell in love with journalism. I want to unearth the truth, tell stories of real people in their own words and I want it to matter. Accountability and facts are paramount. So is empathy. For me journalism represents the ability to do this in a flash, a 280-character tweet, or a magazine article. I am currently using my talents to report on trending news across the country in a concise, thoughtful and informative way.
