I’m a content marketing master who began my career as an award-winning journalist, where I learned to write about a spectrum of subjects for a wide range of audiences — on deadline! My speciality is distilling complex, opaque topics into informative and transparent deliverables that drive informed decision-making for both consumers and companies. I have deep expertise in the fintech, personal finance, real estate, and insurance industries, collaborating with high-growth startups to achieve their business goals.I’ve worked as a content strategist, editor, writer, proofreader, copy editor, and project manager, helping clients and employers design and execute complete content taxonomies and spur growth. I’m adept at partnering with cross-functional teams and systems thinking, streamlining processes and procedures for ease-of-use and scalability. I have a proven track record in leading high-performing content teams with a focus on audience engagement, experience, and empathy.When I’m not working, I can often be found volunteering for various domestic-violence prevention and support programs in my local community. I’ve been a Victim Advocate since 2018, applying my observational and interviewing skills in high-stress scenarios with compassion and understanding. I also serve on the Board of Directors for a Park County shelter. And when I’m not working or volunteering, you can usually find me in a yoga or dance class, on a SUP or swimming, at a concert or live music venue, or reading one of (approximately) the 200 books I consume each year.
