Ariel Zilber

Ariel Zilber is a writer and journalist with extensive experience in covering Israel, Palestine, and the Middle East. He has also written and edited stories about sports, arts and culture, and politics. His work has appeared in Haaretz, The Jerusalem Post, and the Jewish Daily Forward. Ariel most recently served as Breaking News Editor for The Jerusalem Post website. Previously, he worked in a freelance capacity as a translator for the popular daily newspaper Israel Hayom. Fluent in Hebrew by virtue of 12 years during which he lived in Israel, Ariel also worked as desk editor and sports editor for the English-language version of the liberal daily Haaretz. Ariel has been recognized for his outstanding work by colleagues.
