About

I am a recent college graduate from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Writing and Rhetoric. Through my time in college, I participated in The Good Five Cent Cigar Newspaper as a Staff Reporter and The Daily Ram as a Production Assistant. I was also a Resident Assistant in a first year college dorm for two years during my time at the university. I completed three internships while in college including a writing position for a travel blog called Seenic Sites, an Editorial Intern for Rhode Island Monthly Magazine and a Promotions Intern for ABC News. In addition, I maintained my own personal blog, Signed Ashlyn since 2019 and more recently created a website for a construction company called Lukim Construction. Now, I am ready to use everything I have learned through all of these experiences in a job in writing/content creation/publicity.
