I host Owner’s Block, a business podcast where I sit down with a real business owner and work through one specific problem in their business with them. I’m looking for established founders and business owners, typically running businesses doing £1m/$1m+ in annual revenue, who are currently wrestling with a meaningful decision, bottleneck or problem they haven’t been able to solve themselves. Recent guests have included owners of a $300m real estate business, a $15m events company and a $10m government contracting business, working through issues around hiring, founder dependency, where to place limited resources and getting the owner out of the bottleneck. This isn’t a standard founder-interview podcast. We’ll spend around 90 minutes getting underneath one real problem in your business and trying to make genuine progress on it.
