I write a column where I feature interior design and renovation projects. We feature one room and the before and after. I want to know about the inspiration, the plan and the costs of the projects. Would love to set up a phone interview!

I am looking to interview a home owner who did renovations in order to sell their home. This could look like: redoing the entire front of the home/front yard for curb appeal. Maybe it was renovating a bathroom. We would want to include numbers, ie how much did this project cost. This story could showcase the realtor and/or designer and link to their socials/websites if relevant. This is for a story/stories in Realtor.com's LIVING section. We would be asking for before and after photos. And if you happen to know how much extra $$ the home sold for due to renovations, that would be (not necessary but) awesome!
