A former college football player, I am passionate about preserving the histories of athletes, coaches and others as a multi-pronged sports media member. With personal experience, painstaking preparation and interviewing prowess, my stories have been known to take deeper dives into the X’s and O’s and technical aspects of the game, while providing beyond-the-bleachers features and statistics that far-exceed basic box scores. My career includes work in five different states, most recently in the Piedmont Triad region of North Carolina, where I earned an editorial title, a promotion to North Carolina A&T beat writer and a pay raise in 13 months being with my current company.
