Claim your profileCarl is a Parliament Hill veteran journalist and a Local Journalism Initiative reporter at National Observer, where he covers federal policy for Vancouver and British Columbia. Carl has held many previous roles at the Observer including Ottawa Bureau Chief and Interim Managing Editor. He has covered the science and politics of climate change, carbon pollution, the low-carbon economy and the democratic process. Carl has also worked for the Wall Street Journal covering national economic indicators, and for the Hill Times as a foreign policy reporter and editor.
