Thanks to my versatility, work ethic and ability to learn things on the fly, I now have nearly 10 years of sports journalism experience across multiple different facets of the profession. After leading both the FanSided college basketball vertical and the St. John's school newspaper sports section -- in addition to contributing as an intern with MLB -- during my senior year of college, I landed positions with ESPN and SNY the day after graduation.From there I developed into a valuable, trusted employee at ESPN by helping kickstart the development of their "trending" team while writing college basketball ESPN+ articles on a weekly basis.With the desire to get back to my true nature and love for the profession (editing and writing), I joined The Action Network back in 2021 to lead the college basketball vertical.My first love remains editing and writing college hoops, but I am well versed in nearly all sports -- including tennis, UFC, NFL, MLB and NBA -- and have a background in radio, social media, video editing, reporting and more.
