I've previously reported for Reveal from the Center for Investigative Reporting. Prior to Reveal, I was a reporter at The Dallas Morning News for more than five years. My reporting on True the Vote, which has spread numerous falsehoods about the elections process was named a Livingston Award finalist, which recognizes exemplary reporting of journalists under 35. I was named "Reporter of the Year" in 2021 by D Magazine for reporting on the Dallas protests and the top brass of the department.
