I'm a versatile and hard-working digital strategist and editor who is passionate about delivering engaging local journalism and building relationships with audiences. In journalism since 2018, I've had several roles in which I've worked with stories, social media, newsletters, SEO and content strategy to reshape them to fit audience's needs. Among my highest priorities as a young manager is uplifting young, diverse, innovative journalists to secure this industry's future. I believe the path forward for local journalism involves pursuing nontraditional topics, approaches and storytelling formats tailored to our audiences' needs and listening to them every step of the way. And I'm glad to be a part of developing that path.
